Postage is charged at a flat rate fee of £1.95 no matter how much you order {UK, Northern Ireland & BFPO only} We dispatch the majority of our orders by 1st class post, however bulky, heavy items will be dispatched by 2nd class/standard parcel post.

Orders up to the value of £41.00 will be charged a flat rate of £2.95 GBP {our shopping cart will automatically calculate this}
Orders over the value of £41.00 will be charged a flat rate of £7.95 GBP{You will automatically be charged £2.95 on your invoice and we will invoice you separately for the outstanding amount}

{UK/ Northern Ireland} Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. Please allow an additional 1-2 days from date of dispatch for your order to reach you.
{Europe/Worldwide} We send all orders by Royal Mail. For orders placed outside of the UK delivery usually takes approx 1 week from date of dispatch but your order may take up to 3 weeks to reach you {this is very unusual} however, if your order hasn't arrived after 28 days please contact us and we will follow up. If you need an order urgently we can send by courier but this can be quite costly, if you require this option please email us for a quote.

Royal Mail's Lost Mail {UK} Terms & Conditions
Royal Mail allows up to 15 working days (10 Working days for Special Delivery items),for items to arrive before they class them as being 'Lost.'. Therefore investigations into missing mail can not be conducted until this time has lapsed.
Royal mail's investigation can take up to 30 days to be completed.
Royal Mail's Lost International Mail {Europe/Worldwide} Terms & Conditions
Royal Mail allows 20 working days for items sent to European destinations, and 25 working days for the rest of the world for items to arrive, before they class the item as 'Lost.'Therefore investigations into missing mail can not be conducted until this time has lapsed.
Royal Mail's investigations can take up to 90 days to investigate.
