Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your order please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem. We can be contacted through the 'Contact Us' page or you can email us directly at: mail@pinkposy.co.uk

If part or all of your order is faulty, damaged or not as described please return to us with the damaged packaging within 14 days for a full refund of the original purchase price.

If you have ordered something in error or have changed your mind we will be happy to exchange it for more goods or refund you to the value of the original purchase price {less the cost of postage} as long as the items are returned in a re-saleable condition within 14 days.
